Landa Home Improvement is owned and run by Irving Maldonado Landaverde out of Roanoke, Virginia. The company grew the way most good trades businesses do: a kitchen for a neighbor, a deck for their cousin, a panel upgrade for the family down the street, and a phone that kept ringing because the work held up.
What makes us different is the range. Most remodelers stop at the drywall and hand you off to an electrician or a plumber. We carry those trades in-house, so a basement build-out or a bathroom gut gets its rough-in, its finish work, and its final fixture from the same people who gave you the estimate. Outside, the same crew builds decks and porches, replaces siding and gutters, hangs doors and windows, and pours concrete and pavers.
We're a registered Virginia LLC, we offer financing so the project you need doesn't wait another year, and the phone is answered 24/7 for the nights when a breaker won't reset or a water heater lets go. Every estimate is written and itemized, and the final invoice goes out only after you've walked the job with us and signed off.
